Support Vacation Bible School in Belize
The following is a list of supplies needed to support Vacation Bible School in Belize. For more information or to
donate items or cash, please contact Wayne Hiebert at wayne.desertcall@gmail.com. Please write "VBS Belize" in the memo line of your check.
Most of the items can be purchased at Sam's Club, Costco, Wal-Mart and Smart & Final. The VBS theme for this year is Fiesta! Fired up for Jesus!
If you would like to give a cash donation, this is greatly needed to go towards:
- Shipping of the items which is usually about $200
- A karaoke machine with a microphone (approximately $100)
- Help support a volunteer who would love to go and cannot afford the entire expense
Snacks
- 2000 9 oz. paper cups
- 6 large cartons of goldfish crackers
- 6 large packages of Chex mix
- 2 large bags mixed candy pieces
- 4 large packages gummy bears
- 8 large containers of powdered lemonade and/or fruit punch
Supplies
- 4 packages wet wipes
- 4 rolls paper towels
- 1000 sandwich zip-lock baggies
- 400 packs crayons
- 200 glue sticks
- 100 packs colored markers
- 400 pencils
- 400 children's scissors
- 500 lunch paper bags
- 20 plastic shoe containers
- 60 13-gallon kitchen garbage bags
- 500 sheets copy paper
- 500 letter envelopes
Craft Supplies
Most of these items can be purchased from Oriental Trading Company. If you would like Wayne to place the order,
he would need approximately $150.
- 1000 adhesive faith foam stickers
- 1000 faith stickers
- 1000 beads, adhesive jewels, etc.
- 800 foam 4-by-6 inch sheets (red, orange, yellow)
- 3 packages of yarn (red, orange, yellow)
- 500 sun catchers
- 100 water color paint strips and brushes
- 400 small magnets
Game Supplies
These items can be purchased from S & S Worldwide. If you would like Wayne to place the order, he
would need approximately $200.
- 2 parachutes (1 very large for older kids, 1 smaller for younger children)
- foam balls
- slip and slides for last day, water day
